HOW TO USE THE LIEKE APP
You’ll need login information to use the Lieke App. If you don’t have logins yet, you can get them here.
The Lieke App consists of a web app and a mobile app.
The mobile app is used on phones and tablets. On the mobile app you can edit documents, save photos and view documents.
On the web app you can manage projects, logins and documents saved in the app.

WHERE TO DOWNLOAD LIEKE
The Lieke App works on almost all Android and iOS devices. You can download the mobile app for free from an app store:

LOGGING INTO THE WEB APP
You can log in to the web app with your Lieke logins.

On the web app you can manage the projects, folders, documents and access rights of the app. On the web app you can view the photos saved and documents edited in the mobile app.
MANAGING ACCESS RIGHTS AND CREATING PROJECTS
Access rights and projects are managed in the web app.
If you have the main user logins, you can create new projects and add and remove logins in the Lieke web app.
Log in to the web app and select ”Käyttäjät” (Users) from the top menu.
Then select ”Lisää käyttäjä” (Add user).
Enter the user’s information and email address to the form that opens. The app will send new logins to the email address entered for the new user. This is how the new user can start using the app!
You can create and edit projects by selecting ”Projektit” (Projects) from the top menu.
In the Projektit menu you can see the projects created and you can create new ones by selecting ”Lisää projekti” (Add project).
Give the project a name (Nimi) and an address (Osoite). When you add an address, the project can be seen in the mobile app’s map view.
When you’ve created the project, you can add folders, users and documents to it:
MANAGING AND UPLOADING DOCUMENTS
The documents are added to the app in the web app.
Add a new folder to the project or select an existing folder where you want to add a document to:
Add a file to the project by selecting a folder and dropping the file you want on the ”Lisää asiakirja” (Add document) button:
You can change the name of the documents and add a description to them:
The uploaded files are automatically updated in the mobile app as well.
PROCESSING DOCUMENTS AND ADDING PHOTOS
In the mobile app you can view and edit documents and add photos into project folders.
You can open the app’s editing features by opening the document you want to edit. From the top toolbar you’ll find editing tools, undo and repeat buttons and the photo tool.
All information is saved automatically when you leave the photo by tapping the green arrow:
If the toolbar is empty, your login only has view access for the document, which means you can’t make any changes. Access rights are managed on the web app.
You can add photos to the project folders by using the photo feature of the app. Select the camera icon in the folder. You can take a photo by selecting the camera of the device or you can choose an existing photo from the device memory.
You can name the photo you took and add a description. You can also edit the saved photos with the editing tools of the app.
